Conditions of Use

All our quotations, all orders concluded with us and all agreements concluded with us are subject to the terms and conditions of the Metal Union deposited at the Registry of the District Court of Rotterdam, in the latest version stipulated therein. The terms and conditions will be sent to you upon request. Our agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be settled by the competent court in the Netherlands.
